2026 RFP's for Sites north of Brownell Street and Jefferson Street

• Both Sites are City Owned
• Both Sites are proposed to be rezoned to R-3 Multi-Family Residential
• Incentives are available for Projects that match the City's goals of housing and tax base
• The awarded Proposals will then enter into Developer's Agreements with the City
• The City has set up a transparent evaluation scoring process for determining the award.
